DIGI-CHROME Polyurethanes Colours

DIGI-CHROME color pastes for Polyurethane foams are formulated with high-quality pigments dispersed in polyether polyols with varying molecular weights to color PU foam of different densities. The choice of dispersing medium and pigment chemical nature is crucial due to the numerous variables involved in the foaming process. The polyether polyol used as the carrier in DIGI-CHROME color pastes is reactive and becomes fully integrated into the foam during the foaming process (slab stock), without altering the physical properties of the final foam, even at high use levels.

The DIGI-CHROME color palette encompasses a wide range of variants in RED, YELLOW, ORANGE, GREEN, BLUE, VIOLET, and BLACK, offering a plethora of exciting new shades to choose from. This sets it apart from imported color pastes and colorants that typically offer only a limited number of primary colors (4-5). Users do not need to engage in trial-and-error mixing of limited primary colors to achieve their desired shade. All colors are manufactured to a tolerance of CIELAB D.E.1 from a master standard.

Users do not need to invest in expensive computer-controlled color matching equipment. They can simply request from us the exact quantity of any color they need.

DIGI-CHROME color pastes are compatible with a wide variety of additives and can be used not only for Flexible Foams but also for Integral Skin and Rigid Foams, without affecting the appearance and physical properties of the final foam.

The reactive polyether polyol used as the vehicle in DIGI-CHROME color pastes makes the pigment paste an integral part of the foam, ensuring that the appearance and physical properties of the final foam remain unaffected.
